Durch die Erzeugung von Reibungsw\u00e4rme l\u00e4sst sich eine Bohrung in einem Profil oder Material herstellen, ohne dass Sp\u00e4ne entstehen. Die speziell geschliffene Geometrie des Flowdrill-Flie\u00dfbohrers verdr\u00e4ngt das Metall schrittweise. Dadurch entsteht eine Flie\u00dfbohrung mit einem charakteristischen Kragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-wie-funktioniert-fliessbohren\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie funktioniert Flie\u00dfbohren?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beim Flie\u00dfbohren erzeugt die spezielle vertikale Bewegung des Flie\u00dfbohrers lokal Reibungsw\u00e4rme. Dadurch l\u00e4sst sich eine Bohrung im Material formen. Anschlie\u00dfend kannst du mit einem Flowdrill Flowtap durch Kaltumformen ein Gewinde in der Flie\u00dfbohrung herstellen.
