Introducing Flowdrill
A Flowdrill is a solid carbide drilling tool that is capable of locally displacing material in order to form increased material thickness, which, in turn, allows for a stronger fastening connection by tapping and brazing.
Flowdrill is available in many sizes, suitable for diameters from 1.8mm to 40mm and for material thickness from 0.5mm to 10mm. The area of application is steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and some brass alloys.
This differs on the basis of material, type of solution and size of the drill hole.

Custom solutions
Whilst the majority of our products come from a standard family, our engineers in the Netherlands are able to work with customers to tailor specific Flowdrill solutions. In fact, there are over 2000 different drill types that have been manufactured since we started in 1980.
Into the future
Our engineers like a challenge and we are continually looking at how we can bring the next Flowdrill innovation to market. This appetite for new technology is supported by annual investment and a dedicated R&D team.
